Deepika Jindal

A remarkable business woman and a new-age womenprenuer, Deepika Jindal is the Creative Head and Managing Director of Jindal Lifestyle. She started her design journey with the inception of ‘Arttd'ínox’, a Jindal Lifestyle brand that exemplifies ‘art in stainless steel’. By marrying fine artistic sensibilities with classic home décor solutions, Arttd’inox is India’s first stainless steel lifestyle brand that resonates with an individual’s personality and creates spaces that are beautiful and ever-lasting. With a vision to make luxury an everyday phenomenon, Ms. Jindal is leading India’s lifestyle revolution. She always wanted to place India’s heritage artisans at the forefront of a global panorama, and showcase their handcrafted magic with the world. Given the level of craftsmanship our national legacy boasts of, the culturally conscious, she has built Jindal Lifestyle from the ground up, which is now thriving as an INR 450 crore entity. Ms. Jindal has won the honorary Red Dot Award and under her leadership, the company has won acclaimed awards such as EDIDA and India Design Mark. She is the Chairperson and mentor of O.P. Jindal Modern School and Vidya Devi Jindal School in Hisar, Haryana (India). She is also the Chairperson of O.P. Jindal Cancer Hospital and N.C. Jindal Institute of Medical Care & Research. A true philanthropist, she is the Chairperson of Jindal Stainless Foundation, which is the CSR wing of the Jindal Stainless group and a recipient of the PDH Astitva award. Ranjan Choudhary

CEO and Executive Director, Jindal Lifestyle Limited

Mr. Ranjan Choudhary has completed his Bachelor of Eng. & Master of Technology in Manufacturing from BITS PILANI. He has also completed one year Senior Leadership Program from IIM-Lucknow. He has an extensive experience of 19 years in the field of Semiconductor, Electronics, Tool Room, Government Sector, Skill Development and Aviation-Airport Industry in Manufacturing, Operations, BD and General Management.

For over a decade, he got opportunity to work with Indian multinational companies as well as German, French, and Canadian multinationals in India and overseas. In the subsequent eight years, he was afforded the opportunity to engage with a diverse array of industries and clients, spanning both domestic and international landscapes. This encompassed working with Startups which were Indian, Multinational corporations and Central Government organization.

Abhishek Poddar

Director, Jindal Lifestyle Limited

Abhishek Poddar is a prominent collector and patron of the arts in India. He has been collecting art since high school and has created a significant collection of South Asian art, craft and antiquities, including modern and contemporary art and photography. He is the force behind the upcoming Museum of Art & Photography (MAP), in Bengaluru, where he serves as a trustee and to which he donated the initial leadership gift and a substantial portion of the family’s art collection. Besides serving on various boards and committees in India, Poddar also serves on the advisory committees of the India- Europe Foundation for New Dialogues, headquartered in Rome and on the Lincoln Centre Global Advisory Council. He was named as one of Asia’s 2018 Heroes of Philanthropy by Forbes Magazine.

Vijay Sharma

Mr. Vijay Sharma, serves as a Director of the Jindal Stainless Group. With over 35 years of experience and insights from exposure to more than 50 countries, Mr. Sharma has steered diverse roles in the areas of Corporate affairs, Sales, Distribution, Corporate Branding, Marketing & Business Development, Strategy Formulation, Supply Chain Management, Market research & Product development, Customer outreach & satisfaction in Stainless Steel & Automotive Industries. He also has been overseeing profitability of the service center chains of the Jindal Stainless Group in India and in Spain. His proven abilities in business analytics, innovation, team building, process optimization, scalable operations, business transformation and organization development have enabled him to lead some of the best performing and engaged teams. An able orator and an avid social media proponent, Mr. Sharma is a regular presenter in premium institutes, national & international webinars & conferences. His articles/views on business situations are regularly published in various Industry magazines. He has been awarded multiple accolades for his contribution in Stainless Steel & Automotive Industry. He is also on the Board of companies like Indian Iron & Steel Skill Sector council, Shalimar paints, Jindal Lifestyle & JSSL. He is the Chairman - Haryana state Development Council of ASSOCHAM. He is also a member & actively participates in various initiatives of Apex Associations like PHDCCI, FICCI & CII. Mr. Sharma is an Engineer from PEC, Chandigarh and MBA from FMS, Delhi. He has also done specializations from Institutes like; IIFT, YMCA, AOTS, Aptech & IIM (A).

Sangeeta Prasad

Director, Jindal Lifestyle Limited

Mrs. Sangeeta Prasad, a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering and PGDM, Finance and Marketing from IIM, Lucknow, comes with 29 years of vast experience. Mrs. Prasad is a Strategic Advisor & Speaker since July, 2020. She has been a speaker and panelist over her career on various national and international platforms. In her previous experiences, she has worked with Mahindra Group since 2008 till June, 2020 and successfully handled progressive roles leading to her appointment in 2018 as its MD & CEO. Since 1992 till 2008, she had worked with Tata Group across multiple lines of its Business roles covering Supply Chain, Tubes, Marketing, Secondary Products and Construction Solutions.
